Thanks to the energy and commitment of our workers and supporters, our project is thriving, but we urgently need funds to help more young people in Kawangware, and in particular to enable more young girls to benefit from the activities and opportunities we provide.

To achieve our short term objectives we need help and support with

• marketing our products
• sponsorship of activities
• purchase of equipment
• purchase of materials
• workshop expansion

At the moment the project actively employs 40 young people and 15 single women in the workshop producing paper products which earn 120,000 Ksh (~$1,800) in a typical month. This income is distributed, approximately to

50% to workers

23% costs of materials

17% project management & expenses

10% to support other activities
